Review
I am so thrilled to be able to share my thoughts on this book with you. Surrender was so steamy and hot and PERFECT!!!!
Jennifer gave me the best damn book I could have read.

Surrender give us Tony yes Tony is like the candy apple you want to take a bite of at the state fair. You know the first bite is the best just sweet but with that kick of heat.
I loved every single bit of Tony he was like the perfect book boyfriend. I am so excited I just want more and more and more of him as much as I can get. Damn it I really need more.

Katherine is awesome as well one lucky lady. I loved her, and at the beginning of the book I felt so sorry for her. I wanted to kick her damn ex in the nuts yep I did he was just awful.
She was so sweet and why would he want to cheat on her like what the hell was he thinking he
really let a good thing go.

Surrender was a ride and a bumpy one I was surprised and shocked at some points of the book and didnt know if I could hold on any longer. The thing that had me holding on for dear life was the connection that Tony and Katherine had it was amazing. Than the kisses started and I was so in love with them. I felt like I was there kissing Tony my self.
Jennifer gave me some writing only a talanted can give it was perfect.

I loved every bit of it!

Blog Tour: Not Yet by Laura Ward

5 STARS

Emma Harris is learning that life is just a series of lessons.Lesson
#1: Nothing goes the way you plan.Lesson #2: You can’t trust men.
Especially not the pretty ones.Lesson #3: Turns out, appearances
are almost always deceiving.

Emma thinks she has life all figured out, and what she knows isn’t
good. For years, she’s put her big sister, who was born with Down
syndrome, first. Now Emma’s ready to start her own life, but fate
has other plans. To do the right thing for the sister she loves,

Emma’s dreams will just have to wait.
She doesn’t plan on meeting Landon — a rich, flirtatious jock,
who never has to wait for anything. Not for attention, not for
money, and certainly not for girls. Meeting Emma marks the first
time in his life that he’s had to fight for something. And Landon
doesn't know how to lose.

Emma has no interest in wasting her summer with a superficial guy
like Landon. But very soon she realizes she is wrong about him.
The question is, can she trust him? Or will he let her down like
every other guy in her life? But most importantly, can Emma trust
herself enough to live the life she's always dreamed of?
Life has a way of sneaking in the most important lessons when you
aren't looking. And once the heart gets involved, that's when the
real learning begins.

 Review

Not Yet was such a beautiful read. The passion you feel in this book is just
remarkable. Emma is the most kind character I have read in awhile.
She is so beautiful I loved ever bit of her. Than there is Landon he is
sexy and just perfect in every way possible.

Landon wants Emma pretty much as soon as he lays eyes on her.
Emma has been hurt and has no interest in pursuing anything with him.
Tho she cant deny the attraction she feels every time her eyes find his.

They are on summer break and Emma needs to open up to Landon
but honestly she doesn't want to waste time on a heartbreaker like him.
I was getting so frustrated with her but
I totally understood why she was holding back from him.

The book has the title Not Yet for a reason and fit the book perfectly I loved it.
Great smooth read for me I devoured every single bit of it, and I could not
stop reading I had to know what was going to happen between Emma and Landon.
I loved the connection they shared and it became more than just a book to me!

Laura you did a wonderful job writing this book it was just scrumptious.

SYNOPSIS
Successful restaurateur Lucien Black’s blue-green eyes and unattainable attitude drive women wild.
But his abandonment issues and criminal past have left him emotionally closed off. When a familiar
face shows up for a job interview at his nightclub, the ache he has tried to forget tears at his heart—
it’s the girl who once healed him...and then abandoned him.

Darcy MacBride still remembers Lucien’s delicate touch when they were both wildly in love
teenagers. His gorgeous eyes had soothed her hurt after she’d been dumped off at the orphanage
where Lucien lived. Darcy felt his jagged edges fit perfectly into her own, and she’d planned to spend
the rest of her life with him—until a mysterious man warned her away. Now, fourteen years later,
she’s ready to endure the torture of Lucien’s indifference and having him as her boss...just to be
near him. But when it seems that they might finally take up where they left off, a devastating secret
buried in their past threatens to tear them apart again.

L.A. Fiore’s story of smoldering love recaptures the tormented romance of Beautifully Damaged.

Review

Beautifully Forgotten is the 2nd book in the Beautifully Damaged series
in which I have been waiting to read for quite sometime. The first book was
a ride of intense passion, I loved every single minute of it I just couldn't wait to jump into this one book 2 was bound to be good.

Darcy was 14 when she was left alone and abandoned at an orphanage.
There she meets Lucien and he would change her world as she knew it.
The eventually fell in love some what of a teenage love affair. However, Darcy was warned away from Lucien and she left him and has regretted it ever since.

Now years later Lucien comes face to face with the girl that broke his heart all of those years ago. As they work together the passion they feel for on another is there and they can not deny the emotions that come to surface.

This was so much more than a love story I actually got a little flustered with all the drama that accrued. It was so socking and heart breaking at what the story un folds I honestly never saw it coming. Lucien is every bit a Alpha male and I loved it. Darcy was like a blooming flower so adorable and a great heroine. Of course Trace and Ember made and appearance and it was entwined perfectly.

L.A. gave me what I wanted and it was well worth the wait.
The story isn't rushed nor is it too slow it moves along at just the right pace.
PERFECTION AT ITS FINEST!!

Lucien watched as Darcy struggled to get the printer working. Even from his distance he could hear
the cursing, which made him smile. It had been a week since their relationship had taken a very
pleasant turn. She was still just as feisty as he remembered and it wasn’t hard for him to recall why
he had fallen for her in the first place. Their sparring was verbal foreplay and he fucking craved it. His
eyes moved over her. Her body was nothing like the one he had known, with curves that his hands
itched to touch. Her hair was up, though he preferred it down, and tendrils were falling out of the
twist. He remembered vividly the sight of it spread out over his pillow.
He had to admit that she was still just as interesting to him as she had been at fourteen. Despite
everything, she was still his Darcy—sweet, witty, and guileless, except at the moment. She looked
about ready to torch the printer, so he moved to help her. As he approached, she was actually
staring into the paper tray, yelling at the creatures that lived inside it.
He chuckled, which must have taken her by surprise, because she leaped backward and landed on
his foot.
“Fuck!” he cursed.
“Sorry.”
He looked down at her strappy sandals with heels high enough to stake a vampire and had a vision
of those legs draped over his shoulders. Instantly, he was hard.
“I was going to offer to help you. The printer can be temperamental, but now I’m bleeding out from
a stab wound.”
She didn’t miss a beat. “It probably didn’t even break the skin. What is it you guys say? Rub some
dirt into it.”
He eyed her shoes. “Those things should be listed as lethal weapons.”
“Hardly. There are far cheaper ways to kill someone.” She bent to stare into the printer again and
Lucien took the opportunity to check out the curve of her ass in the little black skirt she wore.
“Stop checking out my ass and help me.”
Not at all repentant for getting caught staring, he replied easily, “It’s a paper jam.”
He thought he was being helpful and when she straightened slowly, he entertained the notion that
she was struggling with the need to throw herself into his arms in gratitude.
One look at her face, though, and he knew he wasn’t going to be copping a feel.
“Your powers of deduction are astounding. Seriously, you should give a seminar on mastering the
obvious.”
He tried not to laugh, but he lost that battle. And she responded by flaying a layer of skin off him
with her sharp tongue.
“I know it’s a paper jam, Sherlock, I just can’t find it.”
“It’s usually in the back,” Lucien said as he reached for the back of the printer, his arm brushing up
against her on purpose. Darcy’s inhaled breath in response had his balls tightening. He dislodged the
paper and pulled it free.
He turned to her with a smug smile, which she returned with uncanny accuracy before she said,
“Thanks. I almost lost my cool.”
“Almost?”
A slight smile touched her lips. “I should go restart my print job.”
“Probably, unless you can get the little men in the printer to do it.”
Brownies.”
“What?”
She laughed. “Not the baked goods, the little mischievous mystical creatures.”
“They live in my printer?”
“Maybe.” She started away, but stopped and turned to him.“Thanks.”
“Have dinner with me tonight.”
She eyed him through her lashes before she said, “You’re on.”
And then she turned and disappeared into her office.

Review

Hot Diggity Dog! Yes I am quoting from Mickey Mouse Club House but,
this in no way is a G rated review!
Revive was like XXX all the way the freakins sex god vibe NASH was giving in this book was making me moan out loud I had to read while my kiddo was taking a nap and I think my husband thought I was wigging out a little bit! He should expect that from me tho when reading Nina she just knows how to write a dirty mouth and make me go nuts!

Revive is now my favorite of the Storm series I have always been in love with book 1 but
Nash hands down stole my heart and carried it away with him. Jason is no competition for Nash,Nash my gosh Nash oh Nash what am I going to for with you!

The Storm serious revolves around a MC club and consists of stories of the brothers finding there old ladies and a whole lot of shit goes down I mean betrayal of the worst kind!
Its some good stuff every damn time I am barley hanging on by a string with all the drama!

Revive was different we had Velvet who works at Indigo and she likes Nash but never goes there to the other side. I mean like she flirts and smiles and does her girly thing but never makes a move. As you get into the story you understand her trust issues and than you learn of Nash's back story and I think that is when I fell in Love with Nash his back story was remarkably written. He is one of those guys

Nash and Velvet together are like a burning fire burning so hot and bright! Nash is rough, sexy, talks so freakin dirty I love it. Velvet is one dirty girl in all the right way she
was the perfect match for Nash. The two together could wreck havoc!

Nina you have proved me wrong I thought Revive wouldn't be my favorite but
darling you wrote the perfect mix of Drama,Sex,and romance!
Can not wait for more Storm MC.

Author Q&A

Ash:
Hey Nina How are you doing today?

Nina:
Hi Ash! I'm doing great, thanks. A little tired after release week but what a week it's been!!

Ash
What or who inspired you to write?

Nina:
I have always written from the age of about twelve. Publishing a book was always my dream but for most of my life, it was something I thought was unachievable. Self publishing has helped me realise this dream. The inspiration to write? I love the stories of people's lives; those little moments that make up a life. I love playing with characters and seeing them become the person they were always meant to be, and watching the dance between two people as they help each other become that better person.

Ash:
Do you read other MC books by other authors?

Nina:
I don't tend to at the moment, not while I am writing MC books. There are some that I do read because I am friends with the authors but as a general rule, no.

Ash:
Have you ever know a real MC?

Nina:
Yes, I have met bikers before :)

Ash:
Most of your books have wicked good sex
do you think MC males are dominant in the bedroom?

Nina:
I like to think they are ;)

Ash
What books do you have planned next?

Nina:
Next up for the Storm series is Slay, Blade's book. However, right now I am writing a biker novella for an anthology that will be out in a couple of months. This features a new biker that we haven't met yet, and I have tentative plans to develop his story into a couple of books. I am also writing an alpha male that is not a biker for another novella that will feature in an alpha anthology later this year. I'm really looking forward to that one! And, I am also writing Roxie's story that I release chapter by chapter through my newsletter. Once I finish that book, I will publish it.

When he lifted his head, he had a lazy smile for me. “Ready for round two?”
I grinned at him. “You need to take care of my other needs first.”
He cocked his head to the side. “And what would they be?”
“Well mainly I need a drink, but a woman also likes a bit of sweet talk in between rounds. Do bikers do that shit?”
He chuckled. “I’m all about the sweet talk, darlin’. You should know that about me by now.”
“Okay then, take me inside, give me a drink and some sexy talk and then I’m all yours again.”
He smacked my ass. “Off; I’ve got shit to do so I can get my cock back in you.”
I obeyed his command and pulled my dress down after I got off his bike. He eyed me and murmured, “That dress is going the wrong way, baby. It needs to go up, not down.”
“And the sexy talk begins,” I joked.
He switched off his bike and got off before pulling me close. “That’s not sexy talk darlin’. Your legs won’t be able to hold you up when I begin the sexy talk,” he promised.

When You Are Mine by Kennedy Ryan with Cam Q&A !!!

Synopsis

Forever is a heartbeat away . . .Kerris Moreton knows how to make things work. Bounced from foster home to foster home as a kid, she adapted; when opportunity arose, she thrived. Now, about to open her own business and accept a marriage proposal, Kerris is ready to build the life she's always wanted. The only thing missing? A passionate connection with her would-be fiancé, Cam. Kerris wants to believe that sparks are overrated-until Walsh Bennett lights her up like the Fourth of July.

. . . but what about love?

As one of the East Coast's most eligible bachelors, Walsh enjoys financial independence, fulfilling work with his family's nonprofit, and plenty of female attention. But lately he's been distracted by the one woman he can't have. Lovely to look at and even sweeter to know, Kerris is the soul mate Walsh never thought he would find. The problem is, his best friend found her first . . .

Review

I was going into this books aware that there was a huge cliffhanger.
There is nothing more than I hate that a damn cliffhanger.

Kerris was a woman who wants nothing more than to one day have a family of her own.
She has her boyfriend Cam and she can see a future with him they have a relationship well rounded and are more than just lovers they are friends, however they are missing that SPARK!

Cam I am team Cam he is just so unique and I fell for him. Most of you who have read are pry team Walsh and I am no denying Walsh is damn near dreamy, but I was more attracted to Cam for so many reasons I cant even count them on both my hands.

Kerris feels that Walsh is her true soul mate the only problem is she is with Cam, but not only that Walsh and Cam are best friends and have been for years. The connection Kerris and Walsh share is one a kind and you can not only help but see how run it deeps. It love seeping thru there veins with such a powerful force that pulls them together. It was a difficult book to read because Walsh struggles not to lose his best friend even tho he has such strong feelings for Kerris and than there is Kerris who is just hanging on by a thin string. It is just overwhelming I loved every bit of it. Total love triangle where you don't know which side to choose but you sorta have to choose one.
The writing is phenomenal Kennedy rocked it and I can not wait to read the next book!

We never really get to hear Cam’s side of the story in the book. Everything is from Kerris and Walsh’s point of view. Well, I got to sit down with Cam and asked him a few questions. See what he has to say for himself!

Q&A w/ Cam

Ash: Hey, Cam. How are you doing today?

Cam:
Good, considering. Sorry. Don't mean to sound pathetic. Just been
through a lot lately with…well, with everything that has happened.

Ash:
You have been through a lot lately, and you had a difficult
childhood. How do you think it impacted you to become so well
educated and so honest and respectful as you got older?

Cam:
Wow. Not many people have called me respectful.
I need a second to absorb that one! My childhood was hell. I don't
want to go into all the details, but let's just say foster care was a big
step up for me. Kristeene Bennett and the Walsh Foundation taught
me not to use my past as an excuse and taught me everything I
know about taking advantage of every opportunity. My education,
painting - everything that is worth anything in my life, I owe to that
woman. A lot of people do.

Ash:
What is the first thing you notice about a woman?

Cam:
I should say the eyes, right? That's the PC answer. It's true, I DO
notice the eyes because growing up like I did, you learn to read
people in an instant. And the eyes are the fastest way to scope a
person. But the "player" answer? I'm an ass man!

Ash:
What was it like when you first saw Kerris? What was
going thru your mind?

Cam:
She's gorgeous, of course. Any guy would notice that first, but
there was something about her I just resonated with right away. She
and I have very similar pasts, and as beautiful, as sweet as she was,
she didn't let people in. I got that. I'm pretty guarded myself. She
wouldn't even go out with me for months, and we were just friends.
Guess that made me feel like the king of the world when she finally
did say yes. I thought I was really lucky she didn't listen to
everybody telling her what a player I was. I mean, I was a player,
but that was before I met Kerris.

Ash:
Can you tell us a little about your friendship with Walsh when
you were younger before Kerris came along?

Cam: T
hat son of a...sorry. Walsh and I aren't exactly on the best terms
right now. Probably won't be again. I didn't have many people in
my life I could trust. Pretty much, just Walsh and his family. I told
Walsh things about my childhood that I...that I never thought I
would share with anyone. We've been like brothers since I was
twelve years old. I never thought he would...never suspected he
was as low and conniving as he is. I don't care how many orphans
he rescues or all the good he does all over the world, someone who
goes for his best friend's girl is not a good guy. I wouldn't trust him
as far as I could throw him now. That's all you need to know about
what is left of my friendship with that dude.

Ash:
Some haven't read your story yet, and may not know what I'm
talking about when I ask you this next question, so I'll be
careful with how I word it. We all understand how upset you
were when you saw for yourself that there really was something
between Kerris and Walsh, but some of us had a hard time with
your reaction later that night. You remember what i'm talking
about? Do you have anything to say about that?

Cam:
You would ask that question. It's hard for me to address something
so sensitive and private. Something that's supposed to be between
just me and Kerris, but I'll try. I don't know that it'll make people
understand or like me any more, but at least I'll get to give my side
of the story. I'll start by saying I know it was a douche move. When
I saw...what I saw...trying to stay spoiler-free for folks...something
kind of snapped inside me. Kerris and I promised that we would be
each other's only, and she couldn't have chosen a better way to
betray me. I guess in a way I needed to remind myself and to
remind her that she was my wife. On some level I knew she
wouldn't refuse me because of how bad she felt about what I saw.
Was that right? In hindsight, no, and I still see how that may have
caused more damage in our relationship. In the moment, it felt like
the only way I could re-establish myself as her husband. Sex
is...complicated for me. I won't use the abuse I experienced as an
excuse. It's not. I'm still figuring out how it has affected me. I kind
of thought, in some ways, it hadn't affected me, but maybe it did.
It's still something I don't feel comfortable talking about, so don't
bother asking me to elaborate. Let's just say If I had to do it over, I
would handle things differently. But as I've learned with so many
other mistakes I've made, you don't get do overs. You only get do
betters, and that's what I'm trying to do, starting with the family I
want more than anything.

Ash: Can you tell me a little bit of where your state of mind is
at today? Like how are you doing with your marriage and
everything that has happened?

Cam:

We're moving forward. We've all lost a lot over the last year. I wish
I was the kind of guy who could let bygones be bygones, but I'm
not. I feel sick every time I'm in the same room with Walsh, and
I'm not sure how we can get past that. Kerris and I...we're trying.
Maybe I had it right when I was a kid. Maybe you can't trust
people. Maybe everyone's out to hurt you. Maybe you shouldn’t let
people in if this is what happens. What's the point?

Ash:
Can you tell me where you think you will be in 5 years?

Cam:
In five years, I hope to be on my third or fourth art exhibit. Paris, New York. I want my art in museums all over the world, but I also want it on bridges and the sides of buildings where anybody can see it and be inspired by it. The streets have always been my Louvre. The one thing I want even more than my art? A family. Kerris and me, we're on the same page about that. We want to put all the shit...can I say shit here? Sorry! Can you bleep that, or whatever? We want to put all the stuff from the last few months behind us and focus on making the kind of family we never had ourselves. We both grew up in hell. My kids won't have that. If that's the only thing I have to show for myself in five years, I'd be okay with that
