Bulletproof Coffe!!??

Butter in Coffee?

MMMK you pry are thinking like I did what the heck are people thinking putting Butter in coffee.
Well apparently it is the new thing to do and is all the rage.

Bullet Proof is the name of it and it is supposed to be beneficial to your health. Its supposed to make you more Focused and Energized. I find this some what hard to believe this would work on a coffee addict such as myself. So i just had to try and see if this was for real or for fake!?

Ingredients

DIRECTIONS

Brew Coffee.Make sure it is super hot.

Add Butter and Coconut oil to blender and pour Coffee over and
Mix until nice and frothy

I added a bit of Stevia to mine to give it a sweeter flavor.

I live in a state where crazy coffee drinks aren't all that LOL sure we do have Starbucks, but we aren't a state who has this cozy coffee shops all over the place. Which is sad I wish we did, So I did have a hard time finding the  Organic Coffee beans, but after a search I found some at the local Sprouts market.

My hubby thought I was complete nuts for trying this, I was so skeptical, but I tasted it, it was not bad at all had a nice nutty flavor. I drank it all up.

1hr in i has the worst headache of my, life seriously it was was just horrible. It felt like my head was going to explode. I stayed with a headache thru out the day it was awful!

2hrs in my heart rate was very high. It felt crazy like I had been working out with my trainer on a hardcore day! As I may add i was in laying down trying to get read of the headache.

I would say 3 hours is I felt like I had some what of a sugar like coma it was just not good.

Later that evening about 6 hours after and still with a headache I felt like I had been hit with a bus it was nasty and I did nothing different all day just drink this coffee.

Worst coffee EVER. I will never drink it again, it just did not sit well with me at all. I would say if you are going to try, try on a day you are off and at home. I guess it is just not for everyone!

I know what you’re thinking. It’s unconventional to want a man nine years older than you. It’s inconvenient to crush on your dearest friend’s older brother. It’s silly to pine after a man for six years. It’s cliché to lust after a celebrity. It’s pathetic to fall in love with a man who barely knows you exist. I know what you’re thinking because I’ve thought it all, too. And yet that hasn’t stopped me from wanting Blake Campbell. Charming, gorgeous, brilliant, kind, selfless – Blake is everything I’ve ever wanted, but he doesn’t see me that way. In fact, he hardly noticed me until one night. Traumatic events brought us together for the first time, but then he tossed me aside. I know it’s irrational, but I wanted him up until the moment he left me lying there alone. When his eyes finally open and he finds out I’ve left, will it be too late?

  excerpt
They say life is about choices. You spend your life making decisions and dealing with the consequences, whether they are positive or negative. In my tumultuous frame of mind, I make a choice. A very poorly thought out choice, but one that I have to live with, nevertheless. As soon as Cassidy finishes her encore, I tell the girls that we’re going backstage to meet the singer. They follow behind the private elevator to the lower level of the Chi Center, talking giddily. I push their voices out of my mind, leading them with long, purposeful strides. There are perks to owning the joint. The security guards clear the way for me, knowing not to bother me when I’m in a foul mood. With a short knock, I push my way into Cassidy’s crowded backstage room. The moment she lays her fake-eyelash covered gaze on me, she squeals. The sound hurts my ears, but I pretend it doesn’t. “Blake Campbell, I didn’t know you were coming back here!” She literally launches herself at me, latching her over tanned arms around my neck and thrusting her glitter-speckled tits against my chest. And then, in plain sight of Stella, I yank the pop star into my arms and thrust my tongue down her throat. You are a moron.

Pressure Point finally has arrives and I am ecstatic!

Olivia Luck is one phenomenal woman and I love the book she creates they are the bomb!!

As I opened up this book and started reading I honosetly didn't know if I was going to love it or hate it. The age difference never bothers me, I think it was more how Blake first started out in the book. I grew to love it or I should rather say him and right away got on the Team Blake band wagon. he is just so darn sexy and when he smiles he just makes me melt. It too me a long while for him to grow on me because he is a massive douche bag at first. I didn't know if he was every really gonna win me over, but he did eventually thank god! He is a tough one and Olivia I don't know how the hell you put up with him in your head LOL!!

As for Stella she is flipping hilarious I loved her and rooted for her thru out the whole book. Poor girl she just wanted the world and it never was handed to her. I think I wanted to hug her and bake her some cupcakes and have a glass of wine. She was lovely. I don't blame her for not trusting Blake after all the crap that goes down, but in the end it is just FABULOUS yet there is a BIG... WHAT.. at the end and it left me speechless!!!

Coming next from the lovely Olivia Luck is
POINT OF NO RETURN
and OMG is it gonna be heartbreaking I am preparing myself to
roll into a ball and cry in the corner!!

Digital Book Bundle including,
The Last Riders (Bks 1-3) and Sex Piston (Biker Bitches #1)

She needed a hero; instead, she got Cade.

Cade was no hero. He was a nomad, a wanderer with no ties and he liked it that way. Hired out to save Fat Louise and her spoiled sister from a cartel run Mexican city was a risk he was willing to take, for the right price. With a certain gray eyed woman on his mind, he sets out to find her, fuck her and forget her. No harm, no foul. But it's all easier said than done when it comes to this plain Jane.

He expected a biker bitch who knew the rules; instead, he got Fat Louise.

Fat Louise wasn’t about to put her crew in danger. She had to learn to handle problems on her own, even if they included a six-foot biker she was forced to rely on, if she was going to rescue her sister. She never expected to see Cade again after she'd left Mexico, but all it takes is one night with him to prove that even a bitch’s heart can be broken.

Yet again Jamie B has blown my socks off. I swear is the lady ever going to write anything I don't like? I think not ever she is always going to be her fabulous self and dish out some hot stuff!!

Opening up Fat Louise I didn't really know what I was expecting. The Biker Bitch serious is a little different than the  Last Riders. The bond between the girls is just as strong as the brothers, but there is just something different about the ladies.

Fat Louise goes after her bitch of a sister Bailey and when I say bitch i mean more of a bitch than any of them combined. She totally treats Fat Louise like shit. UGH I wanted to kill her through the whole damn book stupid girl. I am glad at what happened to her at the end thank goodness.

As for Fat Louise I loved getting to know her. Her real name is Jane and you learn why people call her Fat Louise, and it is so freaking sad I cried for her. By the way Fat Louise is no where near FAT, she is beautiful inside and out!

Cade he is the hero of the book, at first he isn't in any of the MC clubs, but eventually he becomes a part of one, and I am so grateful he did. He was a douche for some of the book, hell most of the book and I wanted to kick him in the nuts for how he did treat Fat Louise. it hurt me it really did especially what she has to go threw all alone, no wonder she didn't want nothing to do with the idiot!

The book over all was well paced and had the drama in all the right places just like any other Jamie book. I can't wait for Kill's book she is gonna be a good one I have my fingers crossed after what happened in this book she ends up with Train from the Last Riders!!

Next up is a Shade sequel!! HELL YA!! Cant wait to some more Shade, who can't resist the tattooed hottie!!

"I was born in a small town in Kentucky. My family began poor, but worked their way to owning a restaurant. My mother was one of the best cooks I have ever known, and she instilled in all her children the value of hard work, and education.

Taking after my mother, I've always love to cook, and became pretty good if I do say so myself. I love to experiment and my unfortunate family has suffered through many. They now have learned to steer clear of those dishes. I absolutely love the holidays and my family puts up with my zany decorations.

For now, my days are spent writing, writing, and writing. I have two children who both graduated this year from college. My daughter does my book covers, and my son just tries not to blush when someone asks him about my books.

4 STARS

I may seriously have an obsession with Jo Raven's Inked Brotherhood series. I am like so freakin happy when I get an invite for a new cover or a blitz. Jo just breaks my heart every time, but in the end she always seems to put it back together.

Tessa and Dylan's story was spectacular. There was just the right amount of drama and romance. I seriously wanted to get in Dylan's face most of the book and tell him what in the hellos wrong with you, you big dummy. I couldn't bring my self to tho i just didn't want to see his beautiful face turn into anger.

Tessa god love her she is adorable. Her personality was perfect. Tessa put up with Dylan and guided him to see the light, it was kinda nice. I think in the end it was worth the struggle I had with my emotions. I was back and forth with this book it kinda had me hanging on by a thread. Dylan's book was good tho and I gave it 4 stars because it seemed to kinda drag on, but it still was a good read!

Excerpt

The familiar chatter fills my ears as soon as I step inside, and I grab a juice. As I wait to pay, I absently scan the tables. Wild hair, wilder clothes, outrageous make-up. Your typical college students. Except the guy sitting alone at a table in a corner. No wild hair or clothes, and yet he snags my gaze, hooks me and reels me in. I study the familiar close-cropped blond hair, the beautiful profile, the powerful shoulders stretching his gray sweater. Dylan. My turn comes to pay for my juice, and instead I drop my purse and spill coins everywhere. Laughter ripples around me. Yeah, your typical college student is also easily amused. Mortified, I glance in Dylan’s direction, but he seems lost in thought. Thank God. I pay and clutch my juice like a shield in front of me as I make my way toward him. After thinking about Sean, Dylan’s presence makes me feel better. Safe. Warm. So I approach, taking him in. He’s dressed in well-worn jeans and that old sweater he’s had since high school. He needs no expensive suits. With his broad shoulders and trim body, he’s so hot he’d put any male model to shame. It strikes me how much he’s grown from the boy he was when we dated. Even from the boy he was a year ago, with the purple bangs. It’s like he’s shed all playfulness, all childishness, as if he had to give it up overnight. Not sure why, but it makes me sad for him. “Hey,” I say, and sit across from him. He starts, pushing back from the table, and I frown as I notice the dark bags under his blue eyes, and how thin his handsome face has become. He hasn’t shaved for at least a couple of days, and his jaw is covered in golden stubble. “Tess,” he whispers, and my breath catches. He never calls me that nowadays. “What do you want?” “You didn’t show up in biology class,” I say, before I lose my nerve. “And I haven’t talked to you in a while. Is everything okay?” “Fine,” he mutters. “You’ve missed many classes already.” “I never enrolled in that class. Or any class.” “You never…” My brain stalls. “Then why did you show up on the first day?” “Because I hoped I could do this,” he snaps, and it’s my turn to flinch. “I’m not enrolled in college. Not anymore.” “That’s a pity,” I whisper. My chest aches. He gets up. “Look, I’ve got to go.” “Yeah.” I nod, finally accepting what Audrey has been telling me all along. “Take care, Dylan.” His eyes narrow. “You too. What’s this about?” “This is about me,” I say and unscrew the lid off my juice with shaky hands. “What do you mean?” His face is pale, the silver ring in his lip glinting dully in the fluorescent lights of the cafeteria. I force myself to look away. “I mean,” I say softly, “this is goodbye.”

REVIEW
Like any other Marquita book this book makes you fall in love with it after the first 5 pages. I really think she can't go wrong EVER. She has such a talent it amazes me with the characters she creates.

Love so hot was beautiful. Sydney was brilliantly written. Through out the book she made me laugh and I sorta felt like we were close friends. She isn't turned on by Brody's charms and it made me laugh so hard at how hard she is to catch.

Brody he is the one sexy man you just can't take your eyes from. he wants Sydney and he tries so hard to catch her attention. I dunno if i could have resisted him like at all i would have fell for him right away.

The story is sweet and sensual and a perfect weekend read. Really anything Marquita writes I will love because she just has a way. 5 stars nothing less!!

EXCERPT:
The thought of Sydney’s love life made his jaw clench.
“Want some help?” he asked, unable to stay away a minute longer.
Pausing, she glanced at him over her shoulder. “Sure.”
He began to clean up alongside her, working in comfortable silence for a bit. “Have you seen the new Avengers movie yet?” he asked, knowing full well she hadn’t.
“We’re going together, remember?” she said, tossing a water bottle into the recycling bin. “Next Saturday.”
“That’s the night of the auction,” he pointed out.
“I planned on going to both. We can go to the matinée instead and still have plenty of time to get ready.” She sat down on the bench and looked up at him, her baby blue eyes vibrant. “Want to be my date to the auction? I’ve never been before, so—”
“I already have a date, but you could come with us.” Smooth, Brody, real smooth. Asking her to be the odd man out was exactly how he should treat his best friend.
She made a face. “I think I’ll pass.”
He exhaled. “Look, about the other day. I hurt your feelings, and I’m sorry. Cherry put me in an awkward spot. We’re friends, and I don’t want anything to come between us.”
someday, the right man will come along. Nothing and no one will be able to stop him from making you his,” he said.
Her lashes fluttered, her eyes turning dark. Then she blinked. “Except when he figures out I’m better at being friends than anything else.”
“Then don’t give him a chance to see you that way.”
She pulled out of his grip. “It’s not that easy.” Busying herself with the last of the trash, she tossed more bottles into the recycling bin. “Anyway, if you still want to go to the movie with me, meet me there at one. If not, I’ll see you at the auction.”
“I can’t imagine who you’ll bid on,” he said, rubbing his chin.
“Why?” Her blue eyes blazed at him. “Do you expect me to only sit in the audience and not participate?”
Yes. “No.”
“Then I don’t see what your problem is.” Head held high, she attempted to march past him.
He caught her by the shoulders. Man, it felt amazing to touch her. If only he had the excuse to touch her all the time. To kiss her, to be the reason why her lips were swollen and her hair was messy in the morning. He gave himself a mental shake. Best friend. Best friend. There was no way he’d ruin that with her.
“My problem is with my best friend being treated poorly. You know how the auction goes—it’s rigged. I don’t want you to be embarrassed.”
“I didn’t feel embarrassed until right this minute. Besides, how do you know that I don’t already have someone in mind, and he’s very happy about it? And, Lemon is the emcee. She’ll make sure I get who I want.”
“Excuse me?” Who she wanted? Who did she want?
“You heard me. You’re just choosing not to listen.” She made a noise of disbelief. “Our first fight and it’s over this.”
Taken aback by her observation, he let go of her shoulders. “We’re not fighting.” They never fought, even when they had a difference of opinion.
She fisted her hands on her hips, a mutinous expression on her face. “I’m going. You don’t have a say in what I do. So, if you don’t like it, then stay home, Brody Lawson.”
He fought to get control of his rising temper. “Oh, I’ll be there. If only to make sure you don’t do something stupid like bid on Kyle Davidson.”
Face flushing, she gasped. “What?”
“You heard me,” he said, throwing her words back at her. “He’s too young for you, and he’s—”
“Too young for me? Wow.” She shook her head. “First, I’m stupid, and now I’m old. Thanks, buddy.”
This time, he let her march past him without stopping.
Yep, he was a first-rate jerk and selfish to boot. He scrubbed a hand over his face. There had to be some way to make it up to her, even if it meant making sure she had the winning bid on Kyle.

Finding Gavin (Southern Boys #2) By: C.A. Harms

Gavin was a broken hearted cowboy from Savannah...

The one she fell for even though he tried to warn her away.

Maria’s entire life had been one rejection after another, always going after things that were just out of reach.

Gavin was no exception.

She wanted him, so desperately...

But life had a way of making things unattainable, at least for her anyway.

Just when things began to change, once again the darkness glooms, and Maria finds that her happy ending may once again be…

Unreachable.

I had to believe he came into my life for a reason. Whether to jump start my heart or crush it, there was a purpose behind our encounter.

Gavin Wyatt Tennison was a cowboy from Savannah with a broken heart. He set forth my destruction. He had never made any promises. In fact, he made it a point to tell me he wanted no ties with any woman. Not after what his wife had put him through. Nicole had destroyed him, by sleeping with his boss. A man he thought to be a friend helped destroy his marriage.

Gavin now believed faithfulness and true love were only a lie—a plan set forth only to make us feel weak right before the attack, leaving behind its wounded victim, only jagged pieces of someone who at one time was whole.

So falling for him was all my fault. I let my guard down and let him seep into my soul. Now I was the one suffering, feeling tattered and bruised. The entire situation left a god-awful taste in my mouth. An ache so deep it was impossible to reach, unable to be mended.

I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised, as it appeared to be the story of my life. After all, I was the girl whose daddy ran off, leaving her behind without thinking twice. I was the mid-life crisis baby. He had his boys, all four of them—Randall, Billy, Jacob and Colton—my brothers.

When my father left I was four; my youngest brother, at eighteen years old, had been convinced it was in his best interest to go along too.

The only two brothers I occasionally heard from were Colt, who was the youngest of the boys, and Jake, who was just shy of a year older than Colt. They lived near my dad and spent most of their time trying to please the man who has always been impossible to please. It was his way or no way, no exceptions.

My father was a mean, cold-hearted man; that was the easiest way to categorize him. He was stubborn and pigheaded and has only ever thought of himself. He never cared who he hurt along the way, as long as he had what he wanted. I was more than sure he didn’t have a compassionate fiber in his body.

Because I was the little girl that my own dad didn’t really want, Gavin’s rejection shouldn’t have been a surprise. It hurt like crazy, though. It wasn’t hard to fall for him, not hard at all. He was mighty fine to look at; those eyes of his could melt any woman’s soul. That damn adorable grin he sported made my body weak. His lips were so damn appealing—I could have dreams about them alone. In fact, I did often, and they were always some of my most favorite dreams.

It took nothing at all for him to capture me, even when he wasn’t trying. Gavin had told me from the beginning that, if anything happened between us, it would only be for fun. He refused to let me in, and I just kept hoping that one day he might.

I was just the dumb girl who thought one time with a man like him would be enough to scratch the itch.

But one time with a man like Gavin only sealed my fate. I was now, and would forever be, addicted to his touch. No one would ever be able to make me feel what he had. No one would ever give me the sense of completion the way that man had. And he wasn’t even trying; it was just uncontrollable.

From the first kiss, I knew that Gavin Tennison would only make every other man feel like a waste. He had ruined me. Although I thought I had already accomplished that on my own, I was wrong. I was so wrong.

REVIEW

Okay I totally fell in love with the Southern Boys series with the first book Forgiving Reed. I am so happy that book to is here. I think this is CA Harms finest. Fining Gavin was such a soft but rugged read. It was not at all what I was expecting. After reading Forgiving Reed I was expecting something so different. I think that I was sorta surprised that this was so unique. I loved how it was written it was just fantastic.

Gavin gosh I love him so much he is a wonderful person you just have to dig deep to get to know him. He is so darn beautiful you can't help but look into his eyes and behind the mask he is hiding behind. he has been thru hell and back . What his ex did to him was just horrible. I think I would be hidden under a mask if I had been what he had been thru.

Maria gosh she is no naive but you can't help but like her. She is such a sweet heart. And bless her sweet little heart for having to be guarded by 4 terrible body guard brothers. LOL I loved it tho she was a strong girl, with a tender heart. I loved how she blossomed thru out the book.

Cant freaking wait for what is to come in the Southern Boys series I love it!!

I enjoy happy endings in my love stories. Loving those scenes that give it the needed angst and heat to keep you hooked and wanting more. Just enough drama to make her heart race and your stomach flutter. I haven't always been a lover of Romance and had once been addicted to a good Mystery. Just recently I have taken on a new liking and now I am addicted to Romance Novel.

I am a Limitless Publishing Author and love sharing my stories with my great fans. Feedback is great and I really enjoy interacting with my readers.
I live in Illinois and enjoy spending time with my husband and two children.
You will always find me with my kindle or paperback in hand as it is my favorite pass time.
And I never leave home without a small notebook. You never know when an idea for a new story will strike.
