Craving Absolution By Nicole Jacquelyn

5 Stars

Synopsis
Farrah Miller and Cody “Casper” Butler have a longstanding relationship that both refuse to discuss. It isn’t romantic. It may not even be classified as a friendship.
Casper’s been saving Farrah from herself for longer than he’d care to admit, watching silently as she drowned herself in alcohol. Then, when she finally got her act together, he left. He told himself he was giving her time to sort herself out. He tried to give her space.
But getting shot in the chest can change a man’s perspective, and Casper’s done waiting. When he shows up on her doorstep one night, everything changes. He’s the man who’s seen her at her very worst. She’s his weakness. He runs when things get hard. She never lets anyone see below the surface and is terrified of being abandoned. He knows it’s a long shot, that there’s a good chance she’ll never drop her guard for him—but he has to try. Because a life with Farrah is exactly what he wants—even if he has to fight her for it.

Review
HOLY MACARONIE! Nicole just gave me one hell of a story
Craving Absolution is the 3rd book of the Aces MC series andit was FANTASTIC!
Casper was first introduced in book one as a prospect and he was quite and sorta shy, but I wanted to know more about him and his story from the get go. He was so freakin SEXY in the first book I just wanted him to strip naked so I can see all his amazing glory! In his story it was just unbeliviable.
He has had feelings for his sisters best friend Farrah for several years, but she had a man and when her man died and she fell apart he sorta kept his distance especially when he went away to collage.

Farrah has been thru some tough shit and is one hell of a woman she is so strong. I adored her for what she went thru in her life. Her personality was just like a joyful bubble. She has always liked Casper but didn't want to take things to the next level especially how that was her best friend brother. When  Casper cant wait any longer he takes charge and he takes her.It HOT man I wish he would just Take me right here. Casper is so sweet and I love how he called her Ladybug it just made me swoon over and over again every single time he said it.

When Farrah moves back to Oregon with Casper and Callie ,because Callie is ready to move closer to Grease. That  is when a  whole bunch of DRAMA begins!!
I was like slapped int he face because I didn't see any of it coming at all!!
Man I was like WTF did that just happen. We meet Cam and I loved him he is so darn cute Farrah and Casper sorta take him  under there wing and it is just the best part of the book.
Of course it ended good and I cried Happy tears.
I got to see my Dragon and Bre they will always be my favorite of the Ace's couples there is just something about Dragon that makes me want to throw him my panties.

I did give this book 5 stars because it rocked and I could not put it down for anything I mean I didn't even pee for like 2 hours while reading and that is a lot for me since I drank like 5 cups of coffee before I started even reading. I do have a serious addiction to Coffee =).

I recommend if you have not yet read any of the Ace's books go get em now!!
I have to add there better be more books I can not wait the epilogue damn near killed me
it just ended like I want and need  more  Now!!

Interview with Nicole Jacquelyn

Please tell us a little about yourself.
I like to drink Jägermeister mixed with Redbull and take long walks on the beach…
Okay, serious answer now: I’m the mom of two little girls, I have three dogs (two of them are 3 month old puppies), I’m a night owl and I rarely go to bed before 3am, I love to read and fangirl over my favorite authors, I rarely watch television, my sister is my best friend, I still live next door to my parents and they live in the house I grew up in, and I’ve started wearing running shorts—not because I run, but because I feel like I can go commando without shame because they have built in underwear (Too much information? You askedfor it!). I’m just a mom who is usually juggling way too many things and tries to find time after the kids go to bed, when it’s quiet and dark, to write. Nothing exciting really… unless you give me that Jäger and Redbull—then I’m crazytown.

What/Who influnced you to start writing?
I’ve always been a writer, but it wasn’t until some incredible indie writers started becoming popular that I realized I could actually publish my stories without trying over and over to catch a big publisher’s attention. I had a story in my head that wouldn’t leave me alone so I finally just sat down and started writing. I had no idea that so many people would end up reading it.

Was Craving Absolution a diffrent writing experience than Craving Constellations adn Craving Redemption?

Absolutely. Each experience is different because different things were happening in my life while I was writing them. Craving Absolution was the first book I wrote after graduating from college. It was crazy to be able to write as soon as I had a quiet moment, instead of putting it off to work on school assignments first. It was also different because I knew that readers were waiting on Casper’s story, so there was a little more pressure! I hope they love Casper and Farrah the way I do.
What word best describes your books?
That’s a hard question! Nice work!
One word? Real.

While writing about the Ace's MC do you feel as if you are apart of the club?
I don’t know if I feel a part of the club… more like I’m watching from the sidelines, but I know their every emotion, their every thought—and I’m just writing it down for them.

Who is your favorite out of the Aces MC?

Gram—though she’s not literally an Ace. She’s very similar to my real Gram that I lost a few years ago… and she was my favorite person in real life.
It’s actually a really hard question to answer… it’s like picking a favorite child!
You have mentioned the Aces series is a Trilogy have you decided to move on or will be seeing more of the Aces crew?
Well, a new series will be happening next. But I don’t know that I’ll ever be completely finished with the Aces. I love them too much. Poet’s story has been in my head for months, and there is another couple who have already made themselves known—if you’ve read Craving Absolution, you know exactly who I’m talking about. There is a whole new generation of Aces that need their happily ever after. I’m just not writing them…yet.

What are you working on now and when can we expect next from you?
I’m in the early stages of a new series about a group of foster kids from two different foster homes. Good homes. Solid ones. They all take off as they turn 18, but years later start trickling back into their hometown with their own stories. Right now, I’m just working out how all of the characters are connected, their personality quirks, physical descriptions, and back stories. The first story is already waiting to be written, and I’ll start the first book in the series as soon as Craving Absolution has published. It just doesn’t feel right to start writing a new story before Casper and Farrah are out in the world… they still have my full attention for a little while longer.
